Terms of Service
By registering as a Workshop participant with Gregory Splinter Inc. you agree to these Terms of Service:
Credit and Refund Policy
Gregory Splinter Inc. participants agree to participate in the Workshop during the time period chosen. There are no refunds for any portion of the Workshop fee once payment is made. If you must reschedule your Workshop for any reason, you will receive a Workshop Credit Voucher good for 60 days following the original Workshop date.
Cancellation Policy
The Gregory Splinter Inc. Workshop is a unique program run by the founder and other trained teachers. In case Gregory Splinter Inc. cancels the Workshop due to an unforeseen circumstance, Gregory Splinter Inc. shall reschedule the Workshop to a date compatible to both parties or reimburse the participant the full amount of the Workshop fee. Gregory Splinter Inc. reserves the right to decline or retain participants as members of the group at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
I acknowledge and agree that Gregory Splinter Inc. acts only as an agent, and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any other services or for any other person not directly employed by Gregory Splinter Inc.
In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, to change times and days of classes or change classroom venues, such alternatives may be made without liability to Gregory Splinter Inc.
Gregory Splinter Inc. shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, even if it has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.
Intellectual Property
Gregory Splinter Inc. shall be deemed the author and owner of all their drawings and respective intellectual property, including those in electronic form, and shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights, including copyrights.
Right to Publish
Gregory Splinter Inc. retains full right to publish original artwork, over conventional means and social networking websites, even if original artwork was sold or gifted to Workshop participant. Gregory Splinter Inc. may from time to time, communicate electronic files to a Workshop participant for the sole purpose of review. No other purpose is implied or authorized. Gregory Splinter Inc. is not liable in any way for any unauthorized use.
Privacy Policy
You are a friend. Friends don't use friends. If Gregory Splinter Inc. has your name and the city you are from, Thank You. That personal information goes nowhere else.
